Why so early in the morning?
Early in the morning is one of the best times to focus on God. It’s the time when many people that would normally distract you are still asleep and before your day really gets going. If you make an effort to purposely set aside time to spend with God you will always be rewarded. It’s also something that you have to purpose do. You have to commit to setting an alarm, getting up, calling in the number and praying with others. It’s only for those who really want it. We want to pray with those that really want to pray with us. If you really put something into it…you will get something out of it.
What are you praying for?
There are several reasons and things we pray for. We pray for peoples lives to be prosperous and fruitful. We pray for our children to be safe and secure. We pray for our country, our leaders, our families and many other things. We believe that a corporate prayer time is important, however it is not meant to take the place of personal time in prayer just to supplement it. Why is the prayer call 15 minutes for the men and 60 minutes for the women?
The men’s prayer calls are only 15 minutes long because we are focused on coming together and praying strong for a few minutes and then giving each of us time to spend personal time with God and then go about beginning our day. The women’s prayer calls are longer simply because they want it to be. Since God never sleeps or slumbers, He’s already up waiting for us whenever we start and will be there for as long as we are. It’s not about how long of a time you spend in prayer but the heart behind why you are spending time with God in the morning that is important.
What if I don’t pray in the Spirit can I still join the call?
Sure you can. We are about uniting together as the Body of Christ. If you don’t pray in the Spirit (also known as speaking in tongues), no problem. Please still join us if you like. Why do I need to signup for the prayer calls? Why aren’t the call numbers just listed?
Each conference call can only hold a certain number of participants. Because of this we assign participants to each call. We have calls taking place all over to accommodate the volume of prayer call participants. This way you don’t waste time trying numbers and hoping you can get on. Because we assign participants to a specific call you are always assured to be able to join the call. We do respect your privacy and we never give away your information. We ask for your birth date just so we can attempt to send you an email birthday card. We promise to never resell any names and to respect your privacy. Any communications will come from either the EarlyPrayer.com team or our sponsoring company SON Enterprises.
Can I invite a friend to a call?
Of course you can and we ask that you do. If you have someone in particular you may send them our “You Are Invited” E-Card by clicking here. However we do try and make sure that space is available for everyone, so if they enjoy the call and would like to officially join early prayer we ask that they do REGISTER so we that have their information and can assign them to a specific call.
I haven’t accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Can I join the call?
Well, in all honesty you are one of the reasons for the call. We are a group of laborers who are praying for you and others who have yet to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. There's no better time than right now to join the body of Christ. Once you do, then you can join our calls as a member of our family. Receiving Jesus is the best decision you could possibly make.
